AIRTRUSS

Event internet you can rely on · Made in Belgium

The network that
hangs off a truss.

AirTruss is the internet you can count on at a live event: Wi-Fi 6/7 coverage flown over the crowd and one page to run it all. You fly it like a fixture, it powers itself, and it survives the tour.

The problem everyone knows

Production Wi-Fi is rigged last and bodged first.

An access point sitting on a flight case behind the console. Zip ties and gaffer on an upright. A PoE injector loose in a power strip. And the ritual argument — "do we have PoE up there, or do we run 230?"

The result: poor coverage at head height, fragile cabling, teardown that damages, and twenty minutes lost at every install.

And on a self-made network, your whole event rides on that one fragile link — card payments and cashless bars, production operations, press uploads, the live stream. When it wobbles, the queues build and the calls start coming to you.

The perfect structure to perch an antenna is already there, above the stage — nobody had industrialised how to attach to it. So we did — so you can run the event, not the Wi-Fi.

Before → after

AP on the floor, coverage at knee height AP in the air, line of sight over the crowd

Unknown cabling, mismatched connectors etherCON + TRUE1 from your own inventory

Why it wins

Four things it does that a bodge never will.

01

Zero power decisions

The enclosure takes PoE alone, 230 V alone, or both. Selection is automatic, and three face LEDs say it all. Pull a source mid-show and the Wi-Fi never drops. No settings, no special cases, no network skills at rig time.

02

Horizontal or vertical in 15 seconds

One captive ball-lock pin, a 90° turn, a click: the same kit hangs on a horizontal chord or a vertical upright — antenna always oriented right, glands always pointing down. No tools, no disassembly, no dropped parts.

03

Your inventory's connectors

Uplink and network out on etherCON, power on powerCON TRUE1 TOP with a 16 A loop-through to chain. The same locked, IP65, capped cords as your sound and lighting rig. Two gigabit outputs at the foot of the truss turn every kit into a distribution node.

04

Built like stage gear

IP66/IP67 sealed enclosure, class II. Powder-coated aluminium, matte black. Stainless hardware throughout, captive safety bond, standard 48–51 butterfly hooks. In the rain, in the dust, on the tour.

Three access points, one rig

Serious Wi-Fi. Our value is the rig around it.

We don't reinvent the hardware. AirTruss is built on Ubiquiti UniFi — world-recognised Wi-Fi any tech already knows. Pick the one for the room; the same box, Core and mount carry all three. And we make it blend into the event: matte-black enclosure and mount, flown like any fixture, wired with the etherCON and TRUE1 your crew already runs — it looks like it belongs, not like a bodge.

AirTruss Fleet

The software that sells the hardware.

Every Core activates by typing its engraved serial number — and the show caller runs everything from one page, without ever seeing a network interface.

Prep the whole event days ahead — networks, per-team passwords, the channel plan, the venue's known quirks — then it's a five-minute Go/No-Go on the day. In rental, the portal follows the flight: automatic reset between clients, traced by serial number. Fleet is included the first year.

Show Mode

From doors to curfew, the config is frozen. Nobody — not even us — can break the Wi-Fi mid-show. No touring switch offers this.

The Go / No-Go

A guided checklist mirrors the kit LEDs and produces a timestamped "ready for show" report. Your proof of good execution, before the client asks.

One Wi-Fi, one password per team

Same network, but production, press and cashless each get their own key — and each key isolates its own world automatically.

Guests capped, production protected

A slider limits public throughput; intercom and tills keep priority, whatever happens in the pit.

A public status page

"Is the Wi-Fi working?" finally has an answer: a login-free green light for the organiser — and "4G backup active since 14:32" if the site fibre drops.

The post-event report

Attendance hour by hour, peaks, coverage by zone — a branded, anonymised PDF to share once the show is done.

Talk to a Real Human

Our industry lives at night and on weekends; tickets and chatbots don't. On a declared event, someone who actually does live events picks up — a callback in under 15 minutes, not a ticket for Monday. Support is a line on the quote, not a box to tick.

Built for the field

Not fancy.
Not disposable.
Engineered.

Let's be plain: we don't build our own hardware. AirTruss is built on Ubiquiti UniFi — serious, world-recognised Wi-Fi shipped by the hundreds of millions, the platform your clients already know and any tech can pick up. No exotic gear, no home-brew firmware, no gamble.

Our value is everything around it: the mount that hangs like a fixture and flips with one pin, power in looped TRUE1 and network in etherCON, the flight case that rents like any fixture, the RF sheet handed to the sound engineer, the Show Mode that locks the config for the show, the reporting. Every detail speaks your trade — because it came from it. Designed by field crew, made in Belgium, made to last.

The promise in one line: the best Wi-Fi on the market, finally dressed for the tour.
